A celebration of student achievements over the year.

So we are coming to the end of another successful and achievement filled year!! All students have worked so hard and have gained a staggering amount of achievement points throughout the year for a range of reasons including outstanding classwork, extra-curricular activities and for contributing to the overall community of their individual schools to mention just a few. Don't forget to keep an eye on the points on the homepage on the last day of term to include sports day and the final results.

These two weeks have signified the start of all students enjoying their community rewards including 300 students receiving a free ice cream, afternoon tea, form breakfasts delivered to form rooms and pizza picnics. All students have embraced the community spirit of these reward events and have spent time celebrating and enjoying what Varndean is all about, Challenge and Pride.

Challenge and Pride

A huge well done to all students for their incredible hard work, especially 7LAT (pictured above) from Russell who won the interform competition for overall achievement points and enjoyed a fun packed trip to Laser Zone in Brighton.

Individual achievements will be celebrated in each of the school's celebration assemblies, with many exciting vouchers, certificates and awards to be won.

Another fantastic year well done!!
