Ben and Harvey's menu was selected by judges to go through to the regional final for Sussex. Here we have some of their prep ahead of the big day on May 4th.
On the day of the final, Ben and Harvey shone with their seasonal fish and seafood stew with homemade bread and aioli followed by Sussex Downs Meringue with fresh soured cream.
Up against stiff competition from fellow Brightonian students from Blatchington Mill School, as well as students from Chichester and Worthing, Ben and Harvey with their seasonal and local menu came through to be crowned the regional winners and will go forward to the grand final in June.
