Mayor's Council meeting

Javier did a fantastic reading of his poem 'Brighton' for the mayor's Council meeting.

The mayor and chaplain commented on how he read with passion, enthusiasm and brilliant expression. They also said he got the loudest applause any of the readers have had to date.
