Language Club students chose a restaurant trip as their end of year cultural experience.
Students involved have committed a lot of time and effort to promoting language learning and cultural diversity throughout the year, so this was a well-earned enrichment and reward opportunity. Language teachers Mr Waite and Ms Corken took 24 students to Al Duomo restaurant in town where they enjoyed a lovely Italian meal. Our wonderful language ambassadors got to sample a range of Italian specialities and picked up a few Italian phrases!.The staff were wonderful, the food delicious and the students very enthusiastic – a great trip!
Thank you to all those involved with the Languages Club for your hard work and enthusiasm this year.
