World Book Day 2019
World Book Day is fast approaching (7th March) which means it's time for everyone's favourite competition - the annual Varndean Reading Room "Book Jacket Potato" competition!
For those who don't know it, students have to decorate a potato (or other raw root vegetable) as a character from a book. Potatoes will be displayed in the library and the winner is voted for by the students on World Book Day, so entries must be received by Wednesday 6th at the latest. The winner will receive a £20 voucher and a stack of achievement points - and there is a bonus prize for the best potatoey pun, too!
Final training session with @TheCfEY before we start our listening to identify what #MentalHealth priorities we should focus on. Looking forward to working with @BHASVIC @varndean @VarndeanSchool @HpsHove @BACA_UK @BlatchMill @MyOneChurch @SussexUni @SussexCampaigns on this!
