Performance in Education joined us today to present a road safety assembly to our Year 7 students. They presented a story focusing on four characters; Jo, Chloe, Mark and Will. These characters found themselves in a variety of dangerous situations due to distractions such as mobile phones, listening to music and messing around with their friends. They gave a very energetic, fast paced, engaging performance using role play and music, they held the attention of the students and gave them a valuable reminder of the dangers that they can face if they don’t pay attention and take care when near the roads. Following the performance they took students questions reiterating the messages that they had presented in their performance.
