Making the grade advice for Year 11 families to support their GCSE option subjects.
The focus of this event will be preparing students for the forthcoming pre-public exams, with specific tips, advice and subject information from their GCSE subject teachers. Families should now have copies of which workshops they are invited to attend as copies were sent home with students.
Families will be provided with information on the relevant skills to support their child in each option subject thereby enabling students to make the excellent progress expected. Ideas for activities to do at home will be shared and there will be the opportunity to analyse good examples of work and to take away practical ideas on how to help.
The event takes place on Thursday 2nd February 2017 from 18:15-20:30.
