Inspiring fundraising from Year 8 student Sebi.
Year 8 student Sebi along with his younger brother and sister Bruno and Rosa and their friend Theo set themselves the challenge of raising money for refugee children. On October 30th they made their own Triathlon:
They all swam 100 lengths of King Alfred swimming pool in the morning
Sebi and Bruno then rode 34.5 laps (20K) of the Velodrome in Preston Park
Sebi and Bruno then ran 5K!
Thank you if you have already donated via a sponsorship form. All the money collected will go to Save the Children.
They have raised over £350 altogether!
Fantastic to welcome @EllaDaish into school today to talk with students about her #EndPeriodPlastic campaign. It was lovely to hear our students speak so passionately about this issue - more news to follow! #ecofriendly
Massive thanks @alfiejukes_ for coming in to talk all things #songwriting to our Year 11 GCSE #music class recently & for performing one of his songs live!
