Varndean Song


This term, staff and students within the Music Department have worked tirelessly to perform and polish an original song for charity. Written and sung by our Director of Music Mr Berliner, the song epitomises the safe, nurturing values of Varndean School and celebrates positivity, looking forward and learning the with failure comes an opportunity to develop and grow. There is no other school like Varndean and we are enormously proud to be a part of this wonderful school community. 

Mr Berliner was inspired to write this song because of the diverse and inspiring Varndean students and the kindness we all show with each other. It will hopefully be the first of many songs to come and all the money raised will go to the local community. This song is raising money for Brighton and Hove Food Partnership and all proceeds will go directly to them. This song arrives at the end of what has been a confusing and incredibly tough year for all so let's end on a good note!
